Lufia 2 ~ In-Depth Review

Lufia 2 is a quintessential 90s JRPG. It does what the golden era JRPGs do and does them pretty well. It even has some surprising twists like a 99-floor roguelike optional dungeon or the skill ring that resets dungeon puzzles. I’d say the motto I have finishing up Lufia 2 is, “I came for the JRPG, I stayed for the excellent puzzles.” Though, that doesn’t paint the full picture.
